I've been working out/training with Ryan for about 2.5 years. I first started with him to get back in shape and lose weight after having a baby. Since I've been working with Ryan I've lost over 50 pounds. As I've lost weight and gotten stronger he's encouraged me to do things I didn't think I could do. Now that I'm getting more toned and building strength he pushes me to lift heavier weights and modify exercises to continue to challenge myself and get the most out of my workouts. I'm stronger and more fit now that I've ever been and weigh less than I did when I graduated high school. One of the things I've learned is that you can't work out without eating well and expect to see results you want. But if you follow a regulated diet, you will see the work you are putting in paying off.
