Small group personal training (also known as Semi-Private Training) gives you the chance to do something healthy with the people you love. Create a small group (usually ten people or less) that just wants to get fit together, a group that wants to train for a specific event, for a "parents' day or night out," a family bonding experience, or something else. The possibilities are almost endless. It's a great way to bond, get some personalized attention, and get fit!
